Payment and Shipping
ALL PROJECTS START WITH AN ESTIMATE.
At the beginning of a project a written, faxed, or emailed detailed estimate of the work to be done will be provided to the client. Included will be a detailing of services to be rendered. Shipping and mailing costs may be included. Also the amounts to be paid at specified times in the project will be listed.
PAYMENT IS A TWO STEP PROCESS.
STEP 1. An initial payment of 50% of the estimated project cost is required to start a project. The client will provide either the original work, transparencies or negatives, or with client supplied images on a CD to be scanned, with the initial payment.
STEP 2 . Upon completion of the printing the final prints all remaining unpaid balances will be paid. The prints will be given or shipped to the client with a final invoice that will include all the actual costs of the project. Within twenty(20) days of the receipt of these prints the client will pay the any remaining unpaid balance of the total project.
NOTE. Stan can, if requested, examine client supplied images on a CD without charge to determine if the files are suitable for making the prints the client desires. If they are deemed usable then the client will make the initial payment as in Step 1 above.
Tax may be charged for printing or services that are not for resale or in States that require such taxes. New York State clients wishing to purchase prints and services without taxation for resale must provide a New York Resale Certificate form ST120 with the buyers resale number to keep on file.
The client will be responsible for payment of all shipping costs including proofs and final prints. The client chooses the shipper and speed of shipment.
